Gaëlle Charrol's career sits at the intersection of institutional asset management and private equity. She draws on a complementary dual background — private law at the Sorbonne and finance at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris — giving her both legal rigour and a sharp grasp of financial matters.
She began her career between Luxembourg and Paris at BNP Paribas Securities Services and CACEIS, where she developed technical expertise in investment funds and compliance.
She then joined Ardian as a Finance Analyst (2021–2023), before moving into Finance Analyst roles at Quadrille Capital and Singular, strengthening her command of operational and structuring issues within demanding investment environments.
These experiences within leading funds gave her privileged access to high-quality dealflow, through which she has invested in several companies, some of which she supports in their development today.
Drawing on this dual experience — both investment-side and operational — Gaëlle Charrol founded Manta Capital Advisory, an independent and deliberately selective practice. She works with a restricted circle of investors and entrepreneurs on strategic matters: structuring and launching funds in Europe, capital raises, and growth acceleration.
Manta Capital Advisory also acts on targeted investment opportunities across secondary, venture capital and private equity, with a strong specialisation in high-value-added assets — notably prestige real estate, luxury hospitality and exceptional properties — relying on a select network of partners recognised for sourcing and execution.
